Vitalize Physical Therapy
When Vitalize Physical Therapy expanded into their new space in the Carmel Arts & Design District, they envisioned more than just a clinic, but a true well for holistic health and wellness practitioners to come together, connect, and collaborate. Over three months of intentional planning, I helped bring that vision to life by designing a grand opening event that was as warm and expansive, while grounding into the practice’s community-centered roots. With an intimate gathering of 60 wellness professionals, the evening unfolded like magic, featuring drinks, desserts, and creative offerings from local small businesses. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to hold space for meaningful connections and celebrate the incredible network of healers shaping holistic care in the Central Indiana community.

MY FAVORITE PROJECT ELEMENT
My favorite part of bringing this event to life was designing the dessert tablescape as our signature wow-factor moment. I believe every event should have a visual and sensory focal point, and this elegant display did just that. Featuring artisanal treats from Wild Loaf Bread and Truly Organic Bake Shop, each made with intentional, high-quality ingredients, we created an experience that was as beautiful as it was delicious. With layered height variations, lush florals from Cedar Rose Flowers, and a touch of artistry, the table became a stunning centerpiece. It was one that had guests pausing in admiration before indulging in the decadent treats.
