I understands that Reiki is a gentle, complementary energy practice intended for relaxation and stress reduction. I acknowledge that the practitioner does not diagnose conditions, prescribe substances, or perform medical/psychological treatment, and that this session is not a substitute for professional medical care.

INFORMED CONSENT FOR TOUCH

I understand that Reiki involves light, non-invasive touch or hands placed slightly above the body. I give consent for such touch and understand that I have the right to request a completely hands-off session or halt the session at any time.

GOVERNING LAW OF INDIANA

This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. The client agrees that this Release shall be governed for all purposes by the laws of the State of Indiana.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Reiki sessions are non-refundable once booked.

• 12-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule your session for a future date at no extra cost, provided you give at least 12 hours' notice.

• Missed Appointments: Sessions cancelled within the 12-hour window or missed entirely (no-shows) are non-refundable and forfeit the option to reschedule.
