Pickens Landscaping is a family-owned business delivering quality landscaping services to their customers that enhance a sense of community for Stark County Residents.
When wife and husband duo, Angela and Sam, came to me for their site I knew we had to create a website that was not your average landscaping space. The Pickens’ are fun and down to Earth. They deeply care for their super duper loyal customer community. And, their lawncare services are top-notch. I took all of these elements into consideration, went to the proverbial drawing board and came out with a digital home for Pickens Landscaping that's 'not your father's' landscaping website.
The fonts speak for themselves because they are the definition of FUN, something Sam & Angela prioritize in their business.
And of course, the copywriting. I knew the messaging had to be simple and drive home that vision of success that all Pickens Landscaping customers get to experience when they work with Angela & Sam.

And, with most landscaping brand's you think of green for grass?
But, Mother Earth is so much more flavorful than that. What about her springtime blossoms and seasonal autumn leaves? A deep orange came to mind when thinking about these peak service seasons for landscapers, which you'll see highlighted throughout the site.
