Erin Brier Birthing

A woman sitting on a mustard yellow sofa, smiling, wearing a navy T-shirt that says 'Birth matters,' and blue jeans, with a patterned pillow in her lap and a plant in a pot nearby.

Erin Brier Birthing is a Central Indiana based birth doula, birth educator and author. Erin’s a a seasoned-birth doula on a mission for every mama to feel confident, educated and supported throughout every phase of their journey of creating a family from pregnancy to postpartum.

As a mama myself I was over the moon when EB Birthing came to us looking to us for Brand Management to lead the charge with their membership launch and an overall sustainable marketing strategy.

Erin has a beautifully loyal community, so it was simply time for her to get a bit more strategic with marketing. Together, we crafted a sustainable digital presence that deeply supports moms-to-be with high value content published across Flodesk, Wordpress, and Pinterest.

A BIRTH DOULA’S BRAND MANAGEMENT TEAM

We curated a marketing strategy with Erin with the objectives to increase brand awareness, build a founding member base and position her as a leader in birth work. Through a series of solopreneur-sustainable tactics we set out as EB Birthing’s Brand Management team to craft a stellar email marketing strategy, bring life back to her blog (with a twist), thoughtfully repurpose Erin’s high value free resources, and get her exposer to a brand new audience via Pinterest Marketing.

TIMELINE

We #nailedit in 3 months and sent Erin off on her merry way empowered with all the project management tools and standard operating procedure workflows she needed to continue to flourish with her marketing.

Below, a section discusses the role of water in pregnancy, accompanied by a photo of a pregnant woman in a swimsuit doing an underwater stretch in a pool.

Elevated Email Marketing

We built a customized monthly email marketing strategy for EB Birthing to nurture their community in a more personal way. Not to mention her emails have a 69% open rate up in comparison to the industry average 34% open rate.

Membership
Launch

A high value Live Event planned, promoted + executed in under 3 weeks to open enrollment for a Membership for expecting moms.

Pinterest
Strategy

We created an opportunity to get EB Birthing in front of a brand new IDEAL audience. With a Pinterest strategy we’re driving traffic back to the brand’s website resources, where Erin’s ideal client has the opportunity to engage with her content, download resources, opt-in to her mailing list, learn from and invest in her.

Revived
Blog

We creative directed an old Blog to be revitalized into a Vlog to play on Erin’s teaching strengths as a birth educator. Long form content is the new sustainability.
